Noon Checkout
Left the swanky ritz. Wonder how much honor bar bottle of Moet will be when it shows up on my bill? Fuck it. It was a blast. 53 minutes later and I’m a bit closer to my destination. Just killin’ time til the passport arrives in the mail. What are you doing today?

Just mailed off my expedited passport app. On about 10 days I’ll be able to leave the country.

I’m seriously thinking about hoping a plane (or on the bike) and blowing this town for a long while.

Cleveland to be nation's 'Green Capitol' this week →
I signed up to go to this “Sustainability Summit”, but I’ve decided to stay home, build some raised beds, and put in some crops for fall/winter. 600 people sitting around talking about what to do in 10 years doesn’t follow the intentional model particularly when it comes to small acts.

Jay Yoo: Congress Reps as Facilitators
I’m going to have a chat with Jay re: organizing this. I think it’s a great idea. What I would like to see in beta form is a town hall meeting where reps from congress play the role as facilitator rather than “know-it-all-representative.”  No disrespect, but I think it is the only civil way for many voices to be heard in a civil way and leaders (representatives from congress) need...
